Buganvillea Residence is set on the north-western coast of Sardinia, at Via Lido 77 in Alghero, right on the seafront facing the town beach. From here, in about one kilometre, you can reach the Catalan old town on foot, by bike along the cycle path, or by local bus: a distance that means a great deal to anyone who knows how tiring it is, on a family holiday, to have to take the car every time you head down to the beach or back into town. Here beach, alleys and apartment all sit within a few minutes' walk of one another.

DISCOVER THE HARMONY OF THE OUTDOOR SPACES

Within the grounds, from 10 May to 10 October, a swimming pool with a dedicated children's pool opens for guests, equipped with sun loungers and parasols available on a first-come basis. It is the space that, during the hottest afternoon hours or on days when the sea is rough, becomes a clean and quiet alternative to the beach: children have their own pool, adults have a parasol, and no one needs to organise anything. For those arriving by car, a private unattended car park is available on request and at extra cost, allowing you to leave the car parked for the entire stay without searching for a free space every evening in the area.

SERVICES WITHIN EASY REACH

The reception welcomes guests during the time slots 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., covering the key moments of the day: arrival, the return from the beach, the planning of afternoon outings. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The luggage storage with shower facility takes care of those classic departure days with a morning check-out and an evening flight, while a self-service coin laundry is available on request, useful for longer stays or for returns from the beach with swimsuits and towels to put back in order. Around the residence, in the immediate vicinity, you will find tobacconists, cafés and pastry shops for breakfast, restaurants and pizzerias for evenings out, beach clubs, pharmacies, vehicle rentals, markets and supermarkets for everyday shopping. THE INDOOR SPACES

Buganvillea Residence is laid out over three floors and offers a single type, the two-room apartment, available in multiple units of equivalent configuration, assigned by the property according to availability. Each apartment is arranged across two areas: a separate bedroom and a living area that combines lounge and kitchenette. The bedroom, in a twin or double configuration assigned by the property according to availability, is the protected space of the home: the place where, in the evening, the door closes and the adults find a moment for themselves. During the day, the living area hosts the common life: breakfast at your own pace, lunch on the return from the beach, after-dinner time with a film on satellite TV. At night, the same room reconfigures thanks to the bunk bed and the double sofa bed, which accommodate up to four additional people alongside the bedroom. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

YOUR OUTDOOR CORNER

Every apartment has its own outdoor space, balcony or small terrace, equipped with table and chairs. The specific outlook is assigned by the property according to availability: it is the corner that welcomes the morning coffee before heading down to the beach, the aperitif on the return in the late afternoon, the light dinner once the children have already settled for the night. A functional space, lived in at the times of the day you decide.

FEATURES AND DEDICATED SERVICES

The apartment is equipped for the rhythm of a self-sufficient holiday. The kitchenette offers crockery, two gas burners and two electric hotplates, fridge, and microwave oven: the space to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner independently, without going out to a restaurant every time. Satellite TV, hairdryer, and free Wi-Fi are present in every unit, while heating and air conditioning are already included in the rates, with no extra consumption to be paid on site. A safe is available in the apartment, on request and with a supplement, for those who prefer an additional safeguard for documents and devices. For those arriving by car, the private unattended car park can be booked separately and allows you to leave the car still for the entire stay.
