📌 Mandatory costs, to be paid on site:
- Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are the guest's responsibility. If these obligations are not met, a penalty of € 50.00 will be applied for failure to clean the kitchenette and an additional € 50.00 for failure to dispose of waste
- Tourist tax required by the Municipality of Budoni, payable in cash. The amount may vary depending on the period
- Security deposit of € 200.00, refundable at the end of the stay following an inspection of the apartment. In the event of departure outside reception opening hours, the deposit may be refunded by bank transfer, with charges borne by the guest
