The location is the first of the comforts: with the town's services and entertainment reachable on foot, you plan your days without always depending on the car. The reception office is at your disposal during the hours 09.00-13.00 and 17.00-20.00, the Wi-Fi is active in the common areas and outdoor spaces, and free street parking remains available. The property manages waste separation with dedicated containers, for a stay that is orderly and respectful of the place.

WELCOME AND COMFORT INSIDE
The apartments, simply and functionally furnished, give you the freedom to enjoy your holiday at your own pace. The equipped kitchenette with microwave and kettle lets you manage meals independently, the washing machine lightens your luggage and longer stays, while the air conditioning cools the warmest hours. Completing the equipment are the TV, the bathroom with shower box and hairdryer, and the iron with ironing board available on request.

🐾 Your four-legged friends are welcome up to medium size (max 25 kg), with a supplement of € 50 per stay for cleaning.

✔️ Included in the rates:
- energy consumption for electricity, water and gas
- first supply of bed and bath linen (changed every 7 days for stays of at least 14 nights)
- final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette and waste disposal, handled by the guest or with a supplement)
- air conditioning
- use of the shared barbecue
- use of bicycles while stocks last (on deposit)

📌 Mandatory costs, to be settled on site:
- Tourist tax: to be paid on site in cash, mandatory under municipal regulations. The amount may vary according to the period.
- Cleaning of the kitchenette and disposal of separated waste are the responsibility of the guest. Should these obligations not be met, a penalty of € 50.00 will be applied for failure to clean the kitchenette and a further € 50.00 for failure to dispose of the waste.
- Deposit: € 200.00 per apartment, refundable at the end of the stay after a check of the apartment's condition. In the event of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit may be refunded by bank transfer (charges borne by the guest). For group bookings, the deposit required per apartment will range between € 400.00 and € 600.00, at the discretion of the property manager.
